Privacy policy: Packfill
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Who we are. Packfill: Bulk Product Weights ("the app", "we") is a Shopify app operated by CorpCorp (owner: Nate Goldberg). Privacy requests and any other questions go to support@ordermailapp.com.
What the app accesses. With the merchant's permission (read_products, write_products), the app reads the store's products, variants, SKUs, product types, vendors, tags and collections, and each variant's shipping weight and packed dimensions. It writes only weights and packed dimensions, and only when the merchant clicks Apply or Undo. It does not request or read orders or any customer data.
What the app stores. The Shopify session for the store (needed to call the Shopify API on the merchant's behalf), the fill rules the merchant creates, and an audit log of each batch: the time, the source (rules or a CSV file name), and for each changed variant its product title, SKU and the weight and dimensions before and after, and the dates the app first opened and last showed Shopify's review prompt. CSV files are read once and not kept.
Where data is processed. The app and its database run on Fly.io in Ashburn, Virginia, United States. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than filling the values the merchant asks for.
Retention and deletion. Per-variant audit entries are deleted after 90 days. When the merchant uninstalls the app, all of the store's rules, audit log and sessions are deleted, and again on Shopify's shop/redact request. Customer data requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact) are acknowledged; the app holds no customer data to return or delete.
Your rights. Merchants can view and delete their rules in the app at any time. For any other request about your data, including access, correction or deletion, email support@ordermailapp.com.
Changes. If this policy changes, we update the date above and, for material changes, tell merchants in the app.
